Terms & Conditions

By using our website or booking an appointment with Moody Dreams, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1) Services

Moody Dreams provides permanent jewelry services that are custom-fitted and welded closed (optional to include a  clasp).

​

2) Booking Appointments

Appointments are subject to availability and are booked through our online scheduling system. You may also walk in during open hours (subject to availability).
If you are planning to come with more than 3 guests, please book online in advance.

3) Events & Deposits

We host events such as baby showers, weddings, bachelorettes, and girls’ nights.

  • A $50 non-refundable deposit is required to book an event date.

  • The deposit may be applied toward jewelry purchases the day of the event or converted into a gift certificate for later use.

  • Events require a minimum of 10 guests.

4) Safety, Materials, and Care

  • Our materials are described as alloy, zinc, lead, and nickel free, and we rely on silver, gold, and rose gold steel materials for a hypoallergenic, long-lasting experience.

  • Individual sensitivities vary. If you have allergies or concerns, please contact us before your appointment.

5) Minors

With parent/guardian permission and subject to approval by the jeweler, children may receive permanent jewelry.

6) Removal

If you need your permanent jewelry removed, it can be removed and we can assist with removal.

7) Cancellations & Rescheduling

Cancellation/rescheduling policies may vary based on appointment type, event bookings, or special scheduling blocks. For changes, contact us as soon as possible at foundryrabbithole@gmail.com.

8) Refunds / All Sales Final

Because permanent jewelry is custom-fitted and provided at appointment time, all sales are final unless otherwise stated in writing by Moody Dreams.

9) SMS Program Terms

Program name: Moody Dreams Appointment Alerts
Program description: Transactional messages for appointment confirmations, reminders, and important booking updates.
Message frequency: Varies (typically 1 confirmation + 1–2 reminders per booking).

10) Location & Hours 

We are located inside Market 42 in Brunswick, Ohio.
Hours: Monday closed; Tuesday–Saturday 11am–7pm; Sunday 11am–6pm.

11) Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
