All our permanent jewelry chains are crafted from stainless steel meaning they are more resistant to harsher chemicals, will not stretch overtime and are waterproof. Stainless steel also helps minimize the risk of allergic reactions; however, individual sensitivities may vary. Clients are responsible for being aware of any personal allergies or sensitivities prior to purchase.

 

Please note that permanent jewelry is not indestructible. While designed for everyday wear, it should be handled with care. If your jewelry becomes snagged or caught, it may break like any other piece of jewelry. If your jewelry piece happens to come undone by snagging or needing to remove it for an MRI or surgery, we do offer one complimentary re-weld. We offer one free re-weld with chains that were purchased with us. We do offer rewelds with chains from other vendors for a fee of $15. We are not responsible for lost chains and cannot offer replacements if an item is lost after purchase.

In situations such as medical procedures (including MRIs or surgeries), you may be required to remove your jewelry. This can be done by cutting at the welded jump ring on your jewelry piece using pliers, and it can be re-welded back on by us at a later time. Clients are responsible for knowing they can contact us if they are unsure how to remove it or to be careful when removing jewelry on their own.

 

All jewelry sales at Moody Dreams are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or replacements once a purchase has been made. By purchasing our jewelry, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this policy.
