At Moody Dreams, all permanent jewelry pieces are custom fitted and approved by the client prior to welding. Clients are fully responsible for confirming their desired fit before the welding process begins. Once a chain has been measured, cut, and welded, the fit cannot be extended. Permanent chains purchased through Moody Dreams may be resized smaller by removing links; however, additional length cannot be added once the chain has been cut. If extra length is desired after purchase, it can only be achieved by adding a charm connector or by purchasing a new chain. We will NOT exchange, replace, or remake chains due to sizing issues after approval and welding. Please note that every client is responsible for knowing and understanding this information, as it is also explained the day of your custom fitting. 

 

All of our permanent jewelry chains are crafted from stainless steel, making them waterproof, highly resistant to harsher chemicals, and designed to maintain their durability without stretching over time. Stainless steel also helps minimize the risk of allergic reactions; however, individual sensitivities may vary. Clients are responsible for being aware of any personal allergies or sensitivities prior to purchase, this includes swelling. 

 

Please note that permanent jewelry is not indestructible. While designed for everyday wear, all jewelry should still be handled with care. If your jewelry becomes snagged, pulled, or caught on an object, it may break like any other piece of jewelry. We are not responsible for broken or lost chains after purchase.

 

For medical procedures such as MRIs or surgeries, jewelry may need to be removed. This should be done by cutting at the welded jump ring using pliers. Clients are responsible for safely removing their jewelry if needed; however, clients are always welcome to contact us if they need assistance or are unsure how to properly remove their piece.

 

The client must have their original chain to receive your one complimentary re-weld for permanent jewelry chains originally purchased through Moody Dreams if your piece gets snagged or removed. Re-welds for chains purchased from other vendors are available for a $15 fee. 

 

All sales at Moody Dreams are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, replacements, or store credit once a purchase has been made. By purchasing permanent jewelry from Moody Dreams, you acknowledge and agree to all policies stated above.
